Why was ManageTP made?

Why was ManageTP made?

Throughout the years, we noticed that many companies spent an unnecessary amount of time trying to get timesheets and manually having to do the tedious work of approving and verifying all the sent timesheets. We at ManageTP believe that creating an automated process to not just receive timesheets, but also to store, verify, and send reminders would save a great amount of time. Companies used to have to use Excel and paper to log timesheets which is a laborious job of manually inputting and cross-referencing every piece of data. An easy solution to that problem is to create an automated system that has the ability to auto-fill and do the calculations. This also provides a way to see the rates of different users and efficiently search up information or past timesheets without the hassle of searching through multiple files.

Another goal of ours at ManageTP is to remove the time spent trying to communicate. ManageTP has the option to send out scheduled reminders along with emails to notify if there are any discrepancies or when a timesheet is approved/rejected. This eliminates the problem of miscommunication and time spent remembering to email all the users. ManageTP also wanted to give the users an option to easily verify their timesheets and look back at what exactly they have submitted all in one place. Overall, this creates transparency from both the user’s side as well as the admin’s side.

From a supervisor/admin’s point of view, we at ManageTP aimed to create a way to conveniently see an overview of all the users, the revenues, and hours logged. This would allow for a business to keep track of how well they are doing and track their users to see how efficient their workers are. Not only does it take an overview of all the users, but we can also filter it by the user, client, and time period to really narrow down and see all the fine details.

The main goal of ManageTP is to increase efficiency for everyone, create an organized way to store timesheets, and reduce errors.
